Arguments

coordinate_dm

Dataframe whit samples on the rows and coordinates names on the columns.

heteroplasmy_matrix

Third element returned by get_heteroplasmy.

index

Fifth element returned by get_heteroplasmy.

name_base

Character name specifying the base.

Value

ggplot2 object.
